Tulsa Law Review considers all manuscripts that it receives.  However, as all of our issues are symposia, many articles we receive—while great quality—will not be accepted due to thematic fit.  While we consider articles, essays, comments, notes and remarks of any length, we are particularly interested in publishing concise scholarship of between 25 and 40 pages.  We will, however, accept contributions outside this range provided that you give notice of the expected size of the contribution in advance.  Please note that Tulsa Law Review follows The Bluebook citation manual (19th ed., The Harvard Law Review Association 2010).  We accept articles in ALWD or Bluebook form.

We notify authors of the decision by mail and do not inform authors of the status of their manuscripts other than through a mailed letter. We do not review articles between May and August, so there is no need to rush during this period. We regret that we are unable to return manuscripts after consideration. As a matter of policy, we do not discuss the reasons for our publication decisions.
